It doesn’t matter if it’s your hard day, easy day, race day, or off day, you’re always training.
It could even be the day after St. Patrick’s day. You remember… after you ran that awesome Half, or put in a solid PR on your 26.2 and then went out and celebrated with some green brews.
You need to refuel that machine you call a body, and make sure you give it enough liquids to keep you going day in and day out.
One simple word… HYDRATE.
